Love this place, highly recommend. Alexandria is a beautiful city, and to have found a hotel such as this one was a bonus. It is on a street full of restaurants, stores, and history. Also, it is near the metro station for those DC and MD trips with a trolly stop nearby :) I went for an anniversary and really made it a wonderful

We love this hotel. We stay here every time we're in Alexandria. Right on King St so we can hop on the trolley to the Waterfront. Very walkable to restaurants. Valet was very friendly, front desk staff welcoming. room was clean, quiet, and comfortable as always. We'll definitely be back.
Negatives:
Expensive breakfast, parking fees, etc. It would be nice to have a loyalty program that would discount these things. Stay a few nights, get a free breakfast, at least for the kids.

My room was upscale, spacious and quiet. The fitness center was very good. They have a happy hour in the lobby. There is a nice courtyard and several restaurants. The staff is superb.
