Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I would just recommend that the breakfast staff keep up with replenishing of the breakfast area. With the amount of family's that were there during our stay, the food was going really fast, and the staff wasn't replacing anything in a timely manner.

I liked the location, close to highways but not close enough that's noisy. The beds and pillows were comfortable and even though we didn't get to take advantage of it, they offer breakfast and it smelled amazing every morning.

Yes, they messed up on my billing twice causing me to have to dispute the charges.

The credit card hold was not made known up front and is not standard at all hotels.

The employees did not bother us during our stay and no one rushed us out upon check out. They were helpful at breakfast and in giving directions when I would stop at front desk on my way out.

The windows didn't crack open and there were no vents in the restroom.

It smelled like Marijuana a lot, the buttons in the elevator looked like someone pressed the buttons with chocolate on their fingers. The room had no closet or iron and loud people in the middle of the night.

This location needs some upkeeping. the bathroom door is rotted out on the bottom, toilet is loose and moves when you sit on it. they didn't even buy a matching color toilet seat. in many areas of the hotel floor tiles are broken, carpet is peeling.

There was 2 elevators but only one was working and the girls cleaning the rooms had to use the same elevator leaving us waiting 10 mintiest. The morning breakfast was way below average. We requested a non smoking room and it was designated as a non smok
