We had a non smoking room but when we walked in ,it was very smokey. It got worse.. there was smoking and talking outside our door until 3a. 2a someone banged on the door and realized,wrong room. We felt unsafe. We left early in am.

No one bothers you once your already checked in your room, also its near shopping center

Once again they never have towels available in the morning when I need them and when I do ask for towels the employees act like the dont understand me or just dont bring towels or say its not for them to do its someone else job then dont tell the person that have my room for that day anything about what I need Im really starting to feel discriminated against because the employees quick to o give to other people but not me. I feel like if they dont want to work with people face to face then get a new job.! I used to work for Hilton Garden Inn so I know in this line of business that you must be professional and have good customer service. The front desk are good at what they do I appreciate this help and their always kind. The housekeepers need to work on being more professional and also work on their customers service.
