Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town

Negatives: I would have to say the only “bad” thing and i would barely call it bad was the pool.. it was nice they had a hot tub but ill say when we went (maybe it was bc it was the end of the day) there was alot of hair all over the floor you could barely walk without clumps of hair being everywhere as well as inside the pool…

Negatives: Age is starting to show…. But it is clean

Negatives: There was nothing I didn’t like

Negatives: It wasn’t cozy, it was cold inside the hotel and the room. The heat didn’t work. Everything else was good.

Negatives: The whole building was cold, including our room. The manager's reception did not have enough food to accommodate guests each night we attended. I haven't had this happen at any other Embassy Suites, so that was disappointing. The toilet squealed for about 15 seconds every time you flushed, the water spun, but did not go down. You had to flush it more than once every time just to get toilet paper to go down. This was the case throughout the hotel, because I traveled with a others who stayed on different floors. The bathroom outlets worked, but several other outlets in our room did not, which made it difficult to charge our devices. Our alarm clock malfunctioned and was randomly beeping in the middle of the night. On our last night there, an adult under the influence set off the fire alarm on the property, causing us all to evacuate so the fire department could clear the building. Not the hotel's fault, but very frustrating, especially when you have younger kids.
