The place is horrible. People consuming drugs. The rooms and hallway smell like marijuana, tobacco (even though there is a no smoking policy). The bathroom sinks are clogged. No hygiene: Baths/showers are dirty, plumbing is bad. Doors wouldn't lock (they had to change my room). Bad quality linens. Loud AC. I requested to change my room due to lack of hygiene and the fact that the doors wouldn't lock. The 2nd room was slightly better but had plumbing issues and bad smell and hygiene. Breakfast is not really breakfast - it is a small table with some granola bars and an empty coffee container. Note that the staff is *NOT AT FAULT* - they try to resolve the issues given the limitations of the facilities. It is management team handling the facility and poor leadership.

Cheque in room key didn't work have to go to counter 3 times. 2 day before cheque out staff went to roo/7:30 am thel us we had to check out that day. It was a mistake the manager enter wrong date on check in.They even deactivated the rooms keys.
Positives:
The hotel is in a great location. Nothing was too far away. Short DC drive and close drive to other food and shopping area.
Negatives:
The staff wasn’t pleasant and did not seem to be helpful. My card key didn’t work when I checked in and also was deactivated the next day. This process was not smooth and very inconvenient.

That there are no provisions for tea or coffee in the room, I could’t get hot beverages anywhere any other time except at breakfast. The beddings could use a quilt or duvet not an old thin blanket between sheets.
And a staff member opened my door without knocking, within the first hour of checking in, with his register to check if I have just checked-in. I didn’t understand why?

Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby, the elevator had trash on the floor, the carpet look matted and messy, the room smelled like cigarettes. The tv remote wasn’t clean. They had two parking spots for law enforcement, however law enforcement wasn’t there protecting my wheels from my car from being stolen. Check in staff wasn’t trained well.
