The room was nice and clean and comfortable . Most staff members were nice and very helpful when needed.
My Television went out on my first night there and did not work the duration of my stay. Called the front desk and they only would say call maintenance. I had other things going on so calling maintenance was not at the top of my to do list
Very bad management, girl who runs management, doesnÃ‚'t have any communication or problem solving skills . Dirty , I found out blood and urine stains on my mattress , refrigerator is broken , they donÃ‚'t even have ice
The bed is not a standard queen size. My son and I was uncomfortable in it because it fits two like a full size bed. Due to the noise I requested that others be booked in other rooms. It wasnÃ‚'t done. My son was up 4:40am on a school morning!!!
VERY HELPFUL AND QUIT PLACE
Front desk unprofessional never stayed and never will
1st I was given a room that wasnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t clean. I then was moved to a room with a broken fridge, it ran all night long. There also was a gas like smell to the room; it was so bad that I had to move @ 4am after waking to the the noise and smell. R
The staff was great... room exceded my expectations.
Hotel employee was very nice and help me select a room without the smell of fumes from the newly renovated rooms... courteous guest service.
The new rooms were so starkly furnished... The bed looked like a cot although comfortable enough, Laminate flooring in a hotel room was a bit too much to bear. and the towels were well used and very old...
