The location is ideal, the rooms are great, and the day front desk staff are amazing.
Negatives:
The night front desk guy yelled at me for opening the door for someone when I didn't even get up from the table I was at doing my school work. I know not to open locked doors as I work in a school and nobody can let people in unless the front office or security officers do it.

It desperately needs to be renovated. The rooms and old old old and the beds are super stiff. Bathroom needs work. Shower was old and stained. I didn’t want to put anything on the couch. Just felt icky.

1- The staff : The hotel has a great, very supportive staff, they always there for you , special thanks to (Jane, Petty, Janet), they made our life easy during our stay
