Positives:
I liked the very comfortable bed and I could have restaurant delivery. The room was very clean also having a microwave and fridge was great!
I loved the location of the hotel very convenient for travelers.
I also think this is a Great hotel for families especially the morning breakfast.
Negatives:
I didn't like not having a bathroom rug for getting out the shower, floors can be very slippery when wet or asking for a box of tissues, which I did and the hotel host was very kind, maybe more than one box in the room. I did not realize the absence of the rug until showering. One last thing the room chair was very uncomfortable cushion was flat and the chair was very low for a disabled senior person to get up from.
This may sound trivial or small issues to some but noticable for others.

The staff were amazing how they talk and welcoming the clients is exceptional, I will always encourage them to keep it up.

What I didn’t like is that I slept on dirty sheets for entire days I was there, because the cleaning lady knocked my door when I was sleeping, for those reasons she didn’t show up again to clean my room for all the days I stayed there.
