After spending four nights at the Holiday Inn, an unexpected situation occurred when the fire alarm went off. I wasn't aware of any fire in the building until I smelled smoke and evacuated. Unfortunately, during the evacuation, I lost my wedding ring. The manager, Abhinav Mehra, later informed me that I would receive a full refund for all the nights I stayed there. However, I was advised to contact you directly ( booking) for the refund process. Please contact them and start with the process
