The room, facilities and location was fine
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't up and the worst is how they have handled the billing for my stay. They charged me for breakfast even though it was part of the package, and then the amount withheld/pending on my card hasn't been reversed even after 2 weeks.
And I wasn't alone for whom they messed up the finances. The same was done for a colleague of mine.
Simply pathetic.

Nice stay with great location
Positives:
The location is fantastic, right on the Old Town waterfront and close to King Street/the main drag. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The interior decorating is lovely, a little quirky and fun, and room cleanliness was excellent.
There is an on premises parking garage and restaurant, which made the whole experience very easy & comfortable.
Negatives:
No microwave in the room.
