The Concierge was kind enough to place the leftovers of the dinner I ate at a restaurant in their refrigerator overnight.

Dirty bathroom. Lots of hair on counters and shower from previous guest. AC was locked at 75 degrees and was MUCH hotter. Sweat all through the night. Terrible sleep.

The wonderful lady who worked the evening grabbed me some hot water for my tea, she was so kind

Tried to check our bags while our room was being prepared and they were leaving them right in the open. Two smoke alarms in the room and the lights blink and flash all different colors all night. AC stopped working. Guy at desk was rude and unhelpful
