It's fraud. They don't offer breakfast as it should. Only fragile cup cakes. coffee without milk. the juice from the machine which you cannot swallow. I asked for iron to press my cloth, they don't offer it. No fridge or microwave or coffee maker at the room. Bedding was so harsh. Staff at the reception are so rude.

The linens all had burn holes from cigarette smoking. The room smelled like all different kinds of things. Dont get me wrong I booked a smoking room. I have stayed in other hotels ( booked smoking room), you couldn't even tell that people smoked in there. TV had no remote. Well, it had a remote but someone took batteries out. The elevator did not work. So we had to carry our luggage and baby stroller to the second floor. There were creepy people standing around outside the hotel.

No elevator to get to the upper floors, the Days Inn and Super 8 are the same building split in half, outside the rooms can be noisy, the air conditioning didnt work great.
