Negatives:
Parking is about $46 per night. You're better off not having a car. Pets are allowed but at a cost of $75 per night. The fees here make you want to find somewhere else to stay.

I booked the room as a part of a Black Friday deal. We got to the Hotel on our check in date (Dec. 28th) only to be told we no longer had a reservation because the price we booked the room under was TOO GOOD a price. So there we were in D.C. homeless.

Hotel staff did absolutely NOTHING to help our situation.

There was a very loud "hum" (like a leaf blower) constantly in the lobby --24/7. It was so awful. When I asked staff what the noise was, they answered "what noise"?! Wow. Happy hour was stingy on pours, and "snacks" is being generous--

Some things were great like the waiter staff.
Facility is quiet and clean but frustrating.
Early check in is available, when possible, but charge is additional $45.00
Ouch!

Dinner was very pricey and nothing was particularly good.
Five people and no one liked or finished dinner which cost >$100.00
Also no airport shuttle availability until 5:45am and boarding is not guaranteed as it is shared shuttle with Double Tree.
Caused last minute scramble and walk to metro.
First train there is 5:30am although metro opens at 5am.
