The room was very weirdly set up - it looked more like a hallway than a room, the bed was very small and uncomfortable. The room was towards the street and it was very noisy. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. I had no place to sit.

The queen sized bed was the worst bed we have ever slept on. My wife ended up sleeping on the sofa.

One of the elevators on this 10 story building was not working. Getting up and down took forever. On our last day the working elevator got stuck with people in it. We had to walk down 9 flights with all our luggage to catch our flight in time.

We requested a king room with sofa bed. We just received king bed. They did eventually get us a rollaway, but this was not what we requested.

Convenient to everything from the airport to Metro to dining Staff was Great!

Downstairs seating were dirty but the rest of the area was clean and there was grown man at breakfast that was walking around with No Shoes/Barefoot around food and No One addressed it. I paid for breakfast included but did not eat bcuz of how disgusted I was.
