Great little hotel in the heart of Shirlington village… walk to the theater! Room is comfortable and lovely views.. nice beds and friendly front desk! Only wish breakfast would stay open longer otherwise everything perfect!

Like I mentioned the only negative I can find is the breakfast stops too early but there is a lovely restaurant right next door.

The bed was very comfortable, we had an accessible room as requested, and it was spacious.

The lighting in the room was insufficient. There was a floor lamp in one corner which did provide some light there was no lighting on one side of the bed. Nor was there a table there to put anything on. I don’t think whoever designed the room in the.” renovation process.” tried sleeping in at one night. The room has a Keurig and a refrigerator and a microwave. All of which are appreciated. However, getting enough coffee was a challenge. We had to go to the desk every day to get it additional pods. They were two of us. They were never 4 caffeinated pods although we had many decaf. Rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day, which is fine… We checked in on Wednesday and expected the room to be cleaned on Friday, but it was not. When we went to the desk late afternoon, to get coffee and say the and room had not been cleaned the response was not courteous. The room did get cleaned and we did get fresh towels.
The housekeeping staff was friendly.
