Location and Wi-Fi was decent.
Negatives:
1. Reserved a room with a King bed. Got an ADA compliant room with 2 Queen Beds instead.
2. Construction everywhere. Could hear load banging until almost 7pm.
3. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty and shower cramped from ADA compliant grab bar and bench taking up space.
4. Shower quality and water pressure are below expectation for price point of room.
5. No one at the front desk when I checked out in the morning.

As a HHonors member, I usually have great stays here. But from the time I checked in until check out, there were brief periods of incessant banging. I reported it to the front desk twice. Nothing was done. I actually documented the frequency of the noise. From 5PM to 6 PM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 2 and 4 minutes. From 7AM until 11AM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 1 and 3 minutes. Nobody came to check on it.Let me state. I love Hilton. This is an amazing property. The location is unmatched. Safety. Cleanliness. Proximity to dining of all kinds. Transportation. Five Star. Shower and bath amenities. Exceptional. But I am a bit disappointed that nobody addressed the noise issue.

It was the Thanksgiving holiday but the restaurant was understaffed and slow. There were not any real vegan options but that could have been because the service was poor. This was the only issue we had. Otherwise, everything was great.
