I didn’t like the fact that parking was $42 per day plus what you’ve already paid for the room which makes your stay very expensive. I was unaware that parking was free throughout DC for the Thanksgiving holiday but not one person from the hotel staff let me or my family know that.

They greeted me with my name on the TV in the room
. They gave me a one-time complementary breakfast since I was only staying one day. If I had booked for several days, I might have been much more upset.
They provided a quick shuttle service to the airport.
Negatives:
The price I reserved for [on your website] is not the price I paid at the property , which has a large part to do with the issues. I was told breakfast was included; yet, that was not relayed to the staff on their system. I WAS DELAYED LEAVING FOR MY FLIGHT because I had to sort out the issues before I left. Very inconvenient.
The roll-in shower had no grate for water to go down, so the water went all over the room while I was taking a shower, and I had to clean it myself. Because I didn't want to get blamed for water damage. I would say more, but I feel like this is enough for you guys to work on.

The fact that the snacks are overpriced, room service did not answer the phone so I had to go downstairs after a long drive in and order food and the bathroom had a moldy smell.

The property was centrally located and the staff was amazing, Jamal checked us in and was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. He made sure to check in every time we crossed his path which made is feel at home more than a hotel.
