Positives: Very close to airport, yet not noisy. Clean and close to a lot of food options. Timely airport shuttle.
Negatives: Really nothing. it is a little dated if you are picky, but it was close, clean and comfy, also the lowest price of other options.

Positives: The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I did not have high expectations for the food but I’m was wrong! Location was great, free shuttle to the airport where we got right onto the Metro!
Negatives: Parking was expensive, and you have to pay extra for a microwave.

Positives: Good location, 12 minutes walk to metro. Clean room.
Negatives: It turned out that the location was 'offset' by the parking fees, which were about $40 per night including taxes. If parking were to be free, this would have turned out to be a very good choice.

Negatives: We requested a crib or a pack and play for our toddler when we booked. When we arrived, it wasn’t there. So we came down and requested it from the front desk. They promised to bring it, but 2h 10min passed and it still wasn’t there. We had to talk to the manager twice to finally get it. Also, the A/C unit in the room roars like an 18-wheeler, making it impossible to sleep

Negatives: Upon arrival the staff was rude. When we got in the room, the sofa bed wasn't made up. We found linen but no pillows or blanket so had to call housekeeping. No answer. Called the front desk and were put on hold. We ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for housekeeping and then they only brought 2 pillows, no blanket. The room itself was clean but in general in poor shape. Rather disappointed for the price.

Positives: The location was good
Negatives: The desk agent "MIchelle" was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked her about Uber. She stated " I don't know nothing about uber without even looking up at me. I thanked her and walked away . I returned to her location waiting for my ride. Michelle was on the phone talking to a customer needed info about the shuttle from the airport. Michelle was visibly irritated that the customer was asking several questions. The call ended and Michelle hung up and I was looking right at her and heard her say "bitch" . I let her know i heard her. She denied it and said I was upset because she couldn't help me with an uber. That denial was unbelievable. I let her know I was reporting her. This lady has no business as customer service. Check her out. She didn't smile at all and acted like she didn't want to be there.
