Positives:
The room was very comfortable and appeared very clean. The hotel is well situated (close to a metro station and entertainment), and the hotel restaurant offers a selection of dishes and a full bar.
Negatives:
There was a slight absence of service in the hotel restaurant/bar area - for example, staff not checking up with tables and failure to clear empty glasses for patrons. In principle, I also don't like paying a "resort fee", even when known beforehand.

It was too busy- not enough staff to take care of everybody. The room had the issue of none of the light switches working, so lamps had to be turned on individually and it was quite annoying and dark. And we waited an hour for the couch bed to be made so we could go to sleep.

Positives:
My daughter lives 10 minutes away and I have tried several hotels in Arlington/Ballston area. This was the best in comfort, amenities, cleanliness and friendly staff. I really appreciated the availability of several food options in the hotel, as well as, in the area.
