Positives:
They accommodated putting us in a room with no one beside us so there couldn't be any noise complaint because me and my other half wanted a night alone and we do this several times a week.
Negatives:
The room was a non-smoking room and we smoked outside and we were accused of smoking in the room and said that they had pictures of stuff like ashes but we had stayed there six to seven times prior and never had an issue and always smoked outside those times as well then was asked to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit before we could stay again but we never smoked in the room Yes we did throw away the cup or bottle that we used outside as an ashtray but never once smoked in the room.

My first room had not been made which I didn’t mind. The staff gave me another room and apologized. The second room had mold and a strong odor. I tried to vent it out to no avail. I immediately returned my keys and asked for a refund. They said that they would not give a refund from a third party booking. Ie Booking.com. I notified booking for a refund and they said they would contact the hotel. The hotel did nothing and not even a partial refund from Booking.com.

If you’re tired and need a place overnight it’s fine.

We did not like anything about the property, it was severely run down and disgusting.
Negatives:
The staff wouldn’t accommodate us to check in 20 minutes early, she was rude about it. The booking site does not have any updated pictures and it looks completely different in person, there was no cleaning done prior to us staying there, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and sink, the toilet didn’t work, and the rooms has a horrible smell.

Positives:
Breakfast was okay, it's the basic items. It looks like they are updating the beds and rooms. 2 of the 5 rooms had nice comfy bed while the other 3 rooms they were hard. The newer beds were great!!
Negatives:
In one of the rooms the bathroom was not cleaned and the toilet did not work. The water was turned off. I tried to call the front desk but no one was there, it was late as we had came back from a show, but someone should have been there. I did tell the ladies when checking out and showed them a picture.
