Positives:
Came for grandson graduation and they had only one cook and 2 waitresses for a full dining room. Waited 20 min, then order was wrong. I went to cook and she told me they were doing the best they could and to go sit down! Unbelievable!
Negatives:
There was no hot water for shower or basin.
Son's toilet wasn't flushing so they sent him a plunger to do it himself; said they didn't have staff to help!
For $300 a night this is crappy service by any measure.

No sound insulation at all. Anytime somebody walked on the floor above, the ceiling made noise. The elevator was quite a distance away, but still I could hear it.

I felt heard when I asked for special accommodations but wasn’t told that digital Hilton honor members can select their own room without checking in to the front desk . Why this was crucial is because their was a note stating if at all possible do not place anyone in & around my room due to my PTSD & hypersensitivity to noise. At the end of 1st night I had two rooms & across the hall from me taken which triggered my condition. I did let front desk know & that’s when I learned abt the “digital Hilton members” option. 2nd night was much better
