When I arrived in my room, they were soiled sheets on my bed, the staff was not accommodating and not willing to help changed my own sheets

You could hear so much road noise. And even though we were on the top floor, it sounded like people were tap dancing above us. Also, it had a stale former smoking room smell.

It was fine for just sleeping.
Positives:
It was close to the festival that I was attending. It met all my needs since I wasn't going to be in the room other than to sleep and bath. Not much relaxing. The bed was very compfortable. The TV was easy to use, no issues. The shower was great.
