I did like the full kitchen and that the suite had a door to the bedroom
Negatives:
I didn't like the set up, the bathroom area was inside of the bedroom. It kind of defeats the purpose of privacy, etc...if the guest using the sofa has to come into the bedroom during the middle of the night. There were roaches crawling on the kitchen counter...gross! The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Also upon my arrival the sofa had no cushion covers on them. Lastly, there were no towels, washcloths, or trash can in the room and when I called down to get some they said rudely stated that we needed to come and get them from the front desk.

Not what I expected from a Marriot hotel chain!
Positives:
Nothing. It was dirty with roaches on the room
Negatives:
Very unprofessional. I only was there for a one night stay. When I booked it was for 2 children and 2 adults. The point of me getting a 2 bedroom suite was because of this. I get there after a long day and travel to be told they did not have any 2 bedroom suites and gave us 2 one bedroom suites. There was no where else to stay and I felt very uncomfortable with leaving two 12 year olds by themselves so I stayed in the room with them while my husband slept in the room by himself. I have never had this happen and will never ever return here or any residence inn for that matter. I will also make sure to tell family and friends to never stay there
