The room was not clean there was stains on the carpet. There was stains/ dried on food or something on the comforter. The hadle of the blow dryer looked like someone had something all over their hand and grabbed it and it was never cleaned plus had a huge black hair hanging off it. There was black hairs all over the bathroom floor. There was some kinda caked on stuff on the bathroom sink that would smudge but never could get it cleaned off. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs was covered in dried up mud the night we got there and was added to the next morning . There was only 3 pillows on the bed felt like there should have been 4 for 2 people. The bed was super comfy. When folks pay the prices that are required they expect a nice smelling and clean room .

All in all it was...
Positives:
I liked the hot tubs size even though it was about 4 feet from the end of the bed.
Negatives:
The breakfast was inedible and they used so much air freshener or carpet freshener that it gave me a headache to walk in the place. We had to air it out. And the prostitutes that use the lobby at night for their street corner.

The only positive aspect was the staff and how the front desk lady handled our situation. She did everything she could to solve the situation, and when we concluded the only way was to cancel, she promptly reached her manager to arrange for the full refund.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, upon arrival and attribution of the room we had booked, we noticed a foul smell that could not be disguised by spraying further. The windows could not be opened because there were no mosquito nets. We reached out to the front desk to have our room changed and were told they didn't have any available rooms with the layout we selected, but could accommodate us in a different one. We tried this, however the foul smell was present in all rooms, and we even noticed other guests had their room doors slightly opened.
