Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The distance from the Dulles convention center and was fairly clean. Had a room with bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was not too bad.

Lack of items in the kitchen. Some utensils would have been nice. Some cups. But not a deal breaker.
Also more TV channels would have been nice.

As soon as I got into the room, it smelled so good. Whatever they used for cleaning, or whatever they sprayed prior smelled amazing, like aromatherapy. The staff were helpful and provided toothpaste since I didn't have any that was travel friendly when I went to the airport. I appreciate everything. It was a great experience!

Such a stressful experience, it’s not clean, funny smell in the minute you walk in, the lobby is very old and suspicious, they put some chemical smell the is overwhelming in the room that I had to open the window to make it less noticeable, even though it didn’t get away, I couldn’t breath really or sleep. Very expensive for what you get, even if it’s cheaper I will never come back again

The hotel double charged me after I booked through Booking.com and now they refuse to give me a refund. They are extremely unresponsive and don’t seem to care about my situation. If you want to pay twice for your hotel stay, book here. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Absolutely awful!
