Positives:
Lied to about extending my stay one day for a meeting the next morning. I was there four days and they told me I could keep the same room for one more night. The clerk that night said he would take care of it after I made two phone calls, but he did not
Negatives:
The morning clerk made me change rooms for my final night, so have fun cleaning two rooms after lying to me that I could keep the same room. I do not recommend this hotel. This is the review I promised them.

The bedsheets and hallway smell like smoke. The TV was extremely small. I did not receive all the kitchen amenities that I requested, and the counters were peeling as well. Two travelers that I encountered there were having issues with their door key.

It was in a safe place. I stayed 2 weeks there and really enjoyed my stay.

There was several bad smells. It was a non smoking but the hallways always seemed to smell like cigerete smoke and my room also smelled like perfume. There was a bathroom cabnet that had perfume leak and it soaked into the wood.

Front desk staff took about 10 minutes checking me in when I already had a paid reservation. She was on the phone with somebody seeking directions and didn't make eye contact or apologize for the delay/ Name hotel employee. Everything else was good, though.

Hotel employee was great. Hard worker. Theres a guy at night that made me feel so low as a guest just for asking for sheets or a towel. I lived there for almost 2 months. Bring you own sheets and towels because they never have them.

And the guy at night with locks, he was the rudest person I have ever met. Im sure Im not the only person that thinks that.

Do not deliver as promised. Their breakfast to go is a mess and never has the coffee and food they promise.

The staff is rude and they get irritated if you ask for coffee or a muffin which which the conveniently claim they are out of. The staff at this hotel calls the guests thieves and that guests are stealing the food they promise to provide to all guests

Staff was helpful during check in. The location is close to restaurants that you can walk to.
Negatives:
The place isn't worth for the price. The bed was comfortable, but that was only plus. The walls were patched at places with no paint work. The free breakfast is just granola bars and packed blueberry muffins. I would rather stay at a diff hotel even if I pay a few $ extra.
