Breakfast and breakfast crew were the best part of the stay! Polite, helpful, very customer focused.
Negatives:
Room was marginally clean. Switched out sheets and used extra blanket for covers. Bathroom floor had residual hair from mopping on the tile. Shower was luke-warm at best and low water pressure. Soap dish was dirty and cleaned it out to use it as a soap tray. Carpet was dirty under the bed skirts.

The attentive staff. We arrived from a late flight after 1 am and Beverly was very kind and friendly to us and our tired toddler. There was a mix up about a crib but the manager, Scott, helped us quickly. Very professional and kind people.

I just don't think it's that big of a deal for a hotel host to acknowledge your existence if they're not trying to get money from you. I know it's all about the room but for over 120 a night I'd just expect a front desk staff who might say hello back to you.

Rooms and bathroom cleaning people thrown my baby hot water bottle cover I told stuff her name is laila or sometimes don’t remember she is on front desk her response is very bad I went out side to put my stuff in car when I come back I herd she was talking about bottle cover to manage and they both are laughing about that when see no that I m inside she come to me and start asking me what happened mam it’s not about bottle I have to travel 300 miles with 9 months baby I need hot water for baby food because they throw steel bottle cover I have to buy new one I don’t like her behavior she is very rude I will never stay here she is horrible lady
