No water pressure in shower. I could've licked myself clean faster than the shower could wash the soap off.
NO yogurt in dispenser, no milk for cereal, one dried and old cheese omelette, one Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwich at beginning of the last hour of breakfast. I stayed till the end and it was not topped off. However staff grabbed the last of the hot sandwiches as I was arriving. Chipped mug at coffee station.

There was this young lady at the front desk, the day we checked in on 22nd Dec and she went out of her way to help us and was patient to get us checked-in.
This I presume is the culture of the hotel team so I would recommend the hotel to others.
