Positives: The rooms were nice size with comfortable beds. The hotel is located within a short drive to UVA
Negatives: We were there for a 3-day stay and the room was never cleaned during that time. We asked that the room be cleaned after the first day but they said they weren't cleaning rooms because of COVID. We paid over $400 a night for our stay because it was graduation weekend. For those prices, it should have been cleaned and Covide was not an issue at the time of our stay. This wasn't a good reason. We also were awakened at 7:30 am on one morning because they were hammering in the room directly above us. They choose to work on renovations at that time with no regard for their guests. We were not impressed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
I would not recommend this...

Positives: Breakfast, cleaning and front desk staff were extremely nice.
Negatives: I hated to be gauged during graduation weekend at UVA. I paid a ridiculous room rate. A call came in when I arrived and they were offered $200 a night, way less than what I paid. I'd like to be refunded a portion of my room rate. Although rooms and breakfast area were spotless, the elevators were filthy.

Positives: Nothing at all. I'm highly disappointed! I get to the hotel to check in and get ready for an special occasion I had to go, and I couldn't check in until 630 that evening because they had no clean linen or clean rooms. I was told after I payed $270.79 to get dressed in a public bathroom in there lobby! On top of barely no parking and the elevator is breaking down minute by minute. I called to speak the GM and I was told it's not their problem it's the third party bookings. Com problem. I wouldn't recommend no one book this room or stay there at all
Negatives: Everything that I just put up above
