- location mixed, pros: it was in the far back of a large shopping plaza with many restaurants, a trader joes and shops, con: it is located directly across from a large and noisily construction project ( 4/24), they start early in the morning! lots of noise and construction dust and traffic.

It was close to everything.
Negatives:
Carpet had a square cut out of it. Wood trim missing. Bad Sheetrock patches. Not very sound proof. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Cheap shower head. Cheap towels. Wallpaper peeling off. Outdated. Small cheap tv. Basically its a cleaner super 8.
