Positives:
The reception when I arrived was warm, friendly, personable and professional. It only took a few minutes, and since I had been traveling most of the night, I needed to get some sleep. The room was quiet, clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with plenty of towels and other bath accessories. I also liked that the hotel is right across the street from Barracks Road Shopping Center.
Negatives:
The breakfast was a little light on options.

Positives:
Easy check in and out. Very clean. Comfortable bed, rotating TV. Loved the kitchen with a full refrigerator. No smoking rule is truly appreciated.
Negatives:
Limited parking. The toilet kept flushing all night. Was next to the stairs, not their fault, I will ask for another room next time. Thin walls. The food was ok. No breakfast meat.

While the rooms are clean, upgrades are needed. In particular, carpet is old and getting shabby. Cabinets and dressers are nicked and worn. Combined, it gives a feeling of not being clean etc
