Positives:
Staff was friendly, delivered great service and gave us advice about where to visit. They were really awesome! They didn’t have ice on each floor but had it in freezer in the lobby in individual “ziplock” bags which was nice. The room was large and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Negatives:
Had a lil plumbing problem, the one room had a toilet that didn’t flush and the other had a sink that didn’t drain but that had nothing to do with customer service or the cleanliness of the place. It would be nice if the windows vented, when you first came into the room you could smell a very faint mildew-ish scent but my nose is super in tune to that smell - no one else in my party smelled it.

Front desk staff not mean but not particularly welcoming - very cursory and almost uninterested. Cleanliness wasn’t great. I couldn’t adjust the thermostat so the room was uncomfortable and for some reason the TV was unplugged!
