The location was good. The staff at check in and out were nice.

It was a lot of little things broken. The cart that you roll your bags to the room was broken, the chair in the room was broken, the lamp was broken, the door that leads to the adjoining room didn’t lock so we had to slide the desk in front of it, there’s a knocking noise in the bathroom that sounds like someone is working on the plumbing. Seems like hotel needs to be upgraded, most of the room doors need to be painted. Nothing major but a lot of little things.

The location was out of the way of congestion and was tuck away in a quiet location.
Negatives:
We spent the weekend and we spent the entire weekend listening to abuse from the guest above us. I called down the first night because it was so bad that I could hear the males hostile voice loud and clear mad it made me afraid for the victims life. I called down and front desk agent said she would go up and handle it.
