THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST TIME BEING THERE,MY HUSBAND AND I WAS THERE YEARS AGO.
IT WAS MUCH CLEARER.
MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RESPECTFUL,AND UNDERSTANDING.
IT WILL BE A NICE PLACE IF IT WAS NOT UNDER RENOVATIONS.

FRONT DESK GAVE ME A NUMBER TO GET IT CHECKED OUT. THE AIR FROM THE HEAT FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER MADE MY SON AND I SICK.ALTHOUGH I HAD DISINFECTANT I KEPT FEELING SICK.SO WE WERE SICK THE MAJORITY OF OF OUR TRIP .I SPENT THE REMAINING OF MY TRIP BY MYSELF.
NO ROOM SERVICE AS STATED,NO LAUNDRY SERVICE,HAD TO WASH CLOTHES AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE.
ONE OF THE EYE OF THE HOT PLATE WASN'T WORKING. THE TOILET WAS LEANING .

It had bugs. The elevator did not work and I had an elderly person with me. No ice bucket in the room. The duvet cover was on the bed with no duvet in it and it was freezing. The coffee was cold and the staff was rude. The furniture in the rooms was nothing like it advertised. This was my worst booking.com stay thus far.

The room was not clean. I wiped down the leather chair in the room, it was nasty. The rolling chair at the table was nasty. The sheets looked stain and not really clean. I would not recommend at all.
