Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
Location was convenient and easy to find.
Negatives:
First room was in bad shape- stains on the carpet- damage and scrapes on cabinets-difficult to access doorway due to fencing. They moved us to a different room which was cleaner. Unfortunately the neighbors had a screaming domestic dispute yelling outside our door from 2am to 4am. We checked out the next morning and explained why. We were offered to switch rooms again as they said they can't control people who stay here.
Note: They take an additional charge of $100 for damages above the price quoted on Booking. It's a separate charge that may or may not be refunded until 10 days after checkout.
