Negatives: No elevators and they were unable to accommodate request for first floor. I checked in at 5, then couldn't climb the steps without help so had to wait until 11pm until family came to help.

Negatives: Very loud in the parking lot (Loud Music), a lot of banging noises all night. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower. The bed was not comfortable at all.
