Positives: breakfast was okay. Coffee was great! Most of the staff was very friendly.

Negatives: The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very very very LOUD! There were a few staff members that were unprofessional. A few of the housekeeping staff, there was one housekeeper on his phone complaining about the "phony people" he works with. Very unprofessional, no one wants to hear that while on vacation.

Positives: Waffles and coffe was very good. Eggs and sausage was very bland. Eggs looked and tasted like rubber. Not much could really be said . But was ok. Have had much better at other Hampton inns.

Negatives: Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room had mold on ceiling. The ac system never shut off. So room was extra moist with humidity. Which explain the mold. They could have inspected the room much better before renting it out. And seen. It was not ready to occupy. Do not see at all how this room was rated so high as it was . Have got rooms with lower ratings thru booking and they was twice as better.
