Positives:
Friendly and prompt staff. We loved the breakfast, may be one of the best out of many properties comparable to Hyatt Place. The only request would be an addition to the meats..there were no turkey/chicken/alternative protein options for my partner, but the fruit was fresh and plentiful. There were dairy alternatives, and would love a cheese addition. Plenty of food otherwise!
Negatives:
Pillows were extremely flat, room was dusty and needed proper cleaning, check in attendant also acts as the bartender so if there are people checking in you will wait on a beverage at the bar. Definitely a negative!

Whole hotel needs an upgrade and a deep clean. You get value for your money but you pay in low standard cleanliness. Staff was friendly and breakfast was mediocre.
