Negatives: Most of the reviews seemed good so we chose this place. However, they didn't match our experience. There is a terrible smell on the 4th floor hallways. It smells similar to if you mixed a bunch of Dollar Tree cleaning chemicals and then tried to mask it with essential oil candles. The room was barely more tolerable. There was what appeared to be mold coming through a spot on the ceiling in the bedroom and looked like it had been attempted to be painted over. Housekeeping had to be sent up right after we arrived to get hair left in the tub. There was also dried food splattered in the kitchen area that hadn't been noticed by housekeeping. Both elevators had food crumbs along the edges and corners of the floors. On the first floor, someone swept a pile of stuff into the corner near the elevators and then left it with the broom. We checked in around the later afternoon and it was still there the next morning. The washer & dryers are free, however I chose not to use them and go to a laundromat a few minutes away due to the lack of cleanliness in the laundry facility room & I felt like I had the ability to pay off-site. We had booked 5 nights and left the next morning after the first night. I would have left sooner, but I was too exhausted to drive anywhere else.
