The sink was stopped up, had to wait until the water went down slow in order to use the sink for washing and brushing. There was a stale smell in the room. And bugs running on the walls, stains on the linen, throw away linen when someone has nose bleed. Makes the rooms look nasty

No breakfast as listed. Room was extremely hot and never cooled off. We tossed and turned for hours before finally getting a few hours sleep. The refrigerator door would not stay shut and we had to take our insulin back to the cooler in the car.

Im not sure if the front desk attendant was t pleased that I booked online after asking him if he would match your online price. But he gave me a room that had been baking all day in the sun. The air conditioner never cooled the room enough. We tossed and turned not getting enough sleep after having a long day on the road. The mini fridge had a door that wouldnt stay shut and we didnt want to take any chances on putting our insulin inside. Ive stayed at many hotels on my travels and I have to say this has been my worst experience yet. Guaranteed that they will not see my face again.
