Negatives: We were not happy with our accommodations, not clean, toilet did not flush, smelt weird, so we decided to cancel our stay! The person at the front desk told us we could check out and would only be charged for that night. We have yet to be refunded for our stay and it has been over a month.

Negatives: Bedding dirty, bolt lock did not function. Asked for a different room, was sent maint to repair lock. Ended up fixing the lock but causing the door to be jarred. ?‍♀️

Negatives: I'm not one to complain I've been in worse places so my opinion wouldn't matter

Negatives: The walls were filthy, there were roaches, they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper, most of the outlets didn't work, the bathtub was gross and didn't drain. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower and it looked like it was about to cave in

Negatives: We are very unhappy with this stay. If there is a 0 rating, I would give this hotel 0. We booked this hotel in Chester so we can rest from a long trip. I mistakenly booked smoking room however upon check in, the male front desk clarified me if I am sure I booked a smoking room. I told him that it was a mistake and if he could please get me a non-smoking room since I have my family (non-smoker husband and 2 little children) with me. He acknowledged the mistake and gave me room 216. In the end, that room is still a SMOKING ROOM. When we entered the room, it smelled like cigarette, the pillows and sheets have yellow stain and looked unchanged and the bathroom especially the toilet and curtain is dirty. My husband had to clean the toilet itself because it looked nasty and when he wiped it, it was full of yellow stain. Gross! We tried spraying air freshener into the room to get rid of the smell but the smell stayed. We figured the 1st floor are the non-smoking rooms and there are still a lot of available rooms but front desk refused to move us. We tried staying for an hour in the hopes that the airconditioner can get rid of the smell however the smell became suffocating so we had no choice but to vacate the area at 1am. We travelled from New York to Florida and that’s why we booked the room at 9:30pm to get some rest but in the end, we ended up getting stressed. We were not satisfied customers so I am requesting for a full refund of the money I paid for this hotel room. We didn’t even stayed long in this property. Also, in the app it says free breakfast but beware, there’s no breakfast! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I tried reaching out to the hotel and booking.com but no response!!!
