Red Roof Inn Chester

Negatives: Terrible breakfast, very little food, no decaf coffee, no cream cheese for the few bagels that were available. We went elsewhere for breakfast. Faucet on sink in bathroom broken, security lock on entry door to room broken. Overall experience was poor.

Negatives: No ADA accessiblity. No smoke detector. No door security. Barking dog.need to track housekeeping and exchange used towels daily. I’ve already talked to 3 of your agents since Friday March 22.

Negatives: There was a leak in the room that was never fixed and base boards that were missing and a weird smell. You get what you paid for

Negatives: We could barely open the door to the room and weren't able to shut the door. I told the staff and they stated there was no there rooms available and would refund our money. It was 10pm and we were tired from driving 7 hrs. It took us 1 hr to find another hotel for the night. Still haven't received my refund yet.

Negatives: The receptionist booked a customer he was helping before us to a room overnight. He went to the room & said how someone was already sleeping in there. He booked a room that was already booked!! How?!! Lack of complements, communication, or care. It was extremely unprofessional, didn’t not make me feel comfortable nor safe whatsoever with human trafficking going on, that is absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE! I would’ve asked for a refund but the receptionist seemed like they weren’t capable of doing so. The rooms paneling was coming off from the door opening all the way to the bathroom. The walls near the bedroom had holes in them, as well as the fire alarm being taken down from the walls with wires hanging from them. Seemed really sketchy!! Right over the bed. Didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping like someone was watching or something! Just super uncomfortable!

Negatives: The smell was horrible I really didn’t want to stay but I was tired it was my birthday I Was very disappointed .I Talk to the men at the front desk when I was leaving out and He Told Me I Was Not Supposed To Have that Room because a cat was in there and the room and messed it up real bad smell wall falling apart .

Negatives: Looks like a recent Reno with decent materials but a few deficiencies which I will send directly to the facility.

Negatives: That there was no good place to take your pet to go.. it was a pretty disgusting area. No one picks up after their dog!

Negatives: Breakfast was minimal. Juice was water.
