I would have liked to see a few other options available at breakfast, as not much there suited our normal hotel palate. For example, would like to see hard boiled eggs also. I didn't see milk cartons, which my son likes to eat.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. It was very well laid out with places to put things and plenty of plugs for charging devices. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We liked that it had 24 hour coffee and they offered us bottled water and a package of cookies when we arrived. We did not use the gym or pool so can't comment on them. The staff was very friendly.

Only thing that could have been better was to get a little better toilet paper. It was very thin.

No working exhaust fan at the bathroom , shower head was not working good, no dust bin at the bathroom, mattress cover on sofa bed was not changed and had food crumbs I had to change the mattress covers myself as they said no housekeeping staff available at night. The mattress on sofa bed is too old and not comfortable to sleep. Overall the furniture are too old. I do not like to stay same place anymore

Positives:
We had to visit Radford University and the location of this hotel was good. The front desk clerk, Sam, was polite and super helpful. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and decorated. My toddler loved the fact that we only had to tap our key card to gain entry into the room-I appreciated that too, so much easier than inserting while wrestling with kids and bags. The room had a separate sleeping and living space which was a big plus when it was time to put little ones to bed! The breakfast was also nice.
Negatives:
A fire alarm went off right after we'd put our kids to bed, but it didn't last more than 5 minutes and wasn't overly loud. 2 of our 3 kids slept through it. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking. The cleaning staff missed a drink bottle trash under the sofa, the shower curtain liner was noticeablely dirty, and there were bits of hair inside the shower, in the bathroom floor, and on the toliet.

The location was easy to find.

We were given a room that was not cleaned that day after someone checked out. They apologized, gave us a new room and told us we would get 2500 points added to our Hilton Honors account. It was the only thing that they could do because we booked on Booking.com. We were never given the points, even after calling the hotel and them telling me that they would take care of it. To date, we have not received anything from them!
