Negatives:
There was no lit sign telling anyone "Here is the Quality Inn". The hotels on either side had signs for their respective branding but there was no lit sign for this Quality Inn. I drove around it twice before I finally went inside to ask if this was it.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. The bedspreads (both) had stains on them. It did not feel safe as the empty rooms all had the doors open throughout the night. They are having some sort of cleanliness issues and should not have rented rooms.

pool isn’t open until after 10 am stopped by a couple times at 10 when it should be open and it was still being cleaned.

traveling and needed work done on my car. had to find a place for my therapy pus and I a place to stay.

The location was good. Also the breakfast. The pool was clean.

The room smelled awful upon arrival, musty like smell. There were ants on the air condition unit (and also found one on the bed). The sheets were old and picked. The air condition didn’t seem to be working properly. The smoke detector was functioning, but was hanging off the wall.

The room was a total disaster. It was smoked in (none smoking room) the bed was a double not a king, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, and the soaps were half used.

The breakfast was excellent, the people working there very helpful and friendly, but the building itself badly needs an upgrade. Bathrooms are in terrible shape. My sink didn't even have a plug in it so I couldn't fill the basin. Dead bugs behind bathroom door. Bathtub chipped. Bathroom light around mirror is too weak to be useful.
Negatives:
Remodel the bathrooms. Change out the carpeting, outside sidewalks need to be stripped and repainted.

It was a great location close to the interstate, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bunch of young kids playing in the parking lot at 1am making all kinds of noise.

Location was ok except wd prefer to be able to go to breakfast by walking inside to breakfast instead of having to enter breakfast from the outside. Good coffee. Exceptionally nice lounge/seating area for eating. Very friendly staff.

We don’t eat carbs, so could have used more protein. Only proteins were very wet eggs (not good) and sausage.
