The property is pet friendly but the don’t clean your room with pets in there stayed for two weeks no fresh sheets or anyone to clean the room at all had to purchase all cleaning my self

It would have been the price but we left because we were lied to by the clerk.

I reserved a room online with 2 queen beds. At the office the clerk signed us in and we went to our room only find a king bed. Back at the office the clerk stated we reserved the king room and spoke to me as if I were lying and further suggested my adult son and I sleep on the king bed together because it has enough room. I requested a receipt for the room but the clerk refused because we reserved the room online. We went to the room and I searched for my online confirmation for the room and found it.at this point I so mad that I didn’t care if I could get a refund or not and turned in the key card and went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express and paid twice as much for the room we wanted.

This hotel provided the basics needed when it is Va Tech’s homecoming weekend.

Old, needs updating bad, door lock didn’t want to work. Sink knob came off in my hand and sprayed water all over. Bathroom is TINY!! When we first checked into our room none of the lights worked in the room and tv was on. Very nervous so went directly back to office and they came to check it out. One good thing was A/C worked amazing. I would only stay here if ONLY option.

The television was on upon entry with a dish remote that we didn't know how to operate in order to shut off the television at night. Having some additional instructions available for non dish users would be helpful.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and the bottom is f the shower curtain was moldy. Asked for a new one and was told they didn’t have any. Had to ask for another hairdryer because ours didn’t work. This they had.
