Was put in a room with the tv or phone not working. They did give me another room but the room was DIRTY. It was candy paper on the floor, My daughter found a lighter on on the side of the chair , the tub was filthy , and we found a pack of mucinex medicine on the night stand.. and the beds was so uncomfortable , me and my mother woke up with back pains

I paid for a larger room so we could have the sofa bed. I called to verify that they would have the linens for the sofa bed. However when we opened it up there was no linens. We went to the front desk to ask for linens and they said they didn't have access to any???¿ Then something was spilled on the king bed by our daughter and they replaced everything with just a set of sheets???? To be clear the day time people were awsome. The over night person should be replaced. On Thanksgiving night and my Birthday we ended up sleeping with our child in the bed and we only had a sheet. We were going to stay two nights and was so upset we left the first morning.
