We came few minutes after 10pm , no one on receptions, phone which you can use to call for someone was between two sliding doors while you call they’re making a lot of noise , med said he is coming , I hang up phone , after 15 minutes of waiting called again he yelled at me he said why I hang up phone and he said he is coming . Then she show up look like just woke up , wasn’t nice when I apologized for hanging up phone first time he said ok and changed his mood . Room was dirty and had a lot of dust look like wasn’t clean for a weeks . Breakfast was old muffins . Bad experience never again use that hotel

Location was fine There was a nice restaurant near by and multiple fast food places. Check in was good
Negatives:
The room needed repairs. There was a towel hook missing and paint was chipped. The shower was not hot and the room was generally uncomfortable. The air conditioner and refrigerator made noise all night.There was really not breakfast granola bars and the like We left early. No streaming apps

Positives:
Even during the holiday season I still got to choose what floor I preferred. It may have been due to how many rooms were available but still a great way to make customers feel like they have a say so in room selection. The room was very clean.
Negatives:
One of the ladies at the desk was a bit intrusive but she got the hint that I felt uncomfortable about how she was speaking to me and she redirected the conversation.
