Positives:
Breakfast was tasty, staff was polite (as they ALWAYS are), beds were comfortable, room was clean, the atmosphere was causal and friendly. They readily accommodated the request we made online for a room by the door without question.
Negatives:
There was some hallway noise in the morning, but we were on the first floor and it was checkout time for most people so it was understandable (and they are renovating).

The walls are paper thin, I could hear every single noise from the surrounding rooms, the hallways, and for some reason there was a lot of sound coming from above my room even though we were on the top floor.

Booked the hotel for 1 night. Checked out at 2am. Was in hotel room 218 for less than 12hrs. Came home and I am covered in bug bites. Called the hotel explained about the bites and they appeared to be bed bug bites and the lady who answered remark was that’s funny because we don’t have bed bugs! Other issues: There was there was hair on the shower wall; tv was not working for Netflix or other internet uses. Called the front desk and the lady said the *tv settings* would not be fixed until Monday.
