The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, the tub was permanently stained, the ceiling had a hole that was not repaired to look like the rest of the ceiling

My stay at this Red Roof location was very disappointing. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathtub was in poor condition and clearly not maintained. There were cockroaches on the floor, a leaking faucet, and even visible stains on the bedding. These issues made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise others to choose a cleaner and better-maintained hotel.

The room was nice. Love that it was hard wood floors and not carpet in the room. Once you were in the room it didn't smell.
Negatives:
The smell in the hallway was raunchy, kinda like wet dog smell. They should consider removing the carpet from the hallway, I'm sure it's why it smells that way. They have a picture of a pool on website but it's non existent anymore, should take that down.

Roaches and other bugs. Room overall not kept clean. Purchased bug spray Tuesday night, killed some roaches. left them lying in place near base board, they were still there when I checked out Friday morning. Area between head of bed and wall filthy.

Check in was ok and they had no problem with allowing our dog. Bed was clean with no evidence of bedbugs.
Negatives:
The room was in horrible condition, broken lamp, cords running all over. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was truly deplorable. I wish I had read other reviews rather than Booking.com, the only reason we stayed was it was late and we had a dog. When we got up the next morning husband found 'bugs' all over and I realized there was mold on the lamp, phone and side table. This motel should not be allowed to serve the public and their constant refute that they use a pest control is meaningless.
