Positives:
Surrounded by businesses and shopping centers, some within walking distance, like Five Guys, WalMart, and Subway.
Both Laura and Kelsey are very courteous and helpful with whatever you need. I discovered a problem or two with my room, and they were quick to have the issues reported to be repaired by onsite maintenance. They even offered to relocate me to another room at no charge, if I wanted to, so they could correct the issues.
They also offer free parking, continental breakfast from 0630-1000, and free coffee throughout the day. I also used the business center in the lobby area. I was able to connect my laptop to the wired portion of the Internet to securely check my emails for appointment details. They also offer assorted breakfast grab bags, which have water, an apple or orange, a NutriGrain bar, and another treat.
Negatives:
Slightly disappointed with the wireless Internet from my room. However, I'm not sure if it was due to the weather (I was there when #Nacio swung through), or if my room was above the fitness center, near the pool, which may have caused some kind of interference. Wasn't able to test this further, since I was here on more important business matters and didn't need Internet connectivity that much.
Review
I was here on business mostly (and just before Winter Storm #Nacio struck with its snow dusting and extra cold temps). I would like to come again -- either on business or for a simple vacation trip.
I do offer this tip: If you or your companion(s) is/are a disabled veteran, contact the hotel before you book. The front desk told me that they do offer discounts, but availability may be limited.
